1. What is a bus pool?
A bus-pool is a group of people who commute together between home and work locations.
2. How much does it cost?
Each passenger pays a monthly fare to ride in the bus. Fares are used to cover the cost of operating the bus-pool and average from $ 75 per month per head (one way to work, Mon-Fri).
3. How much will I save by bus-pooling?
You save in your traveling time and have a less stressful commute!
4. How are the fares collected?

5. Could my fare change?
It is not very often that we have a service or resource that never goes up in price. However
buspool cost remain constant over an extended period of time. A reduction in riders may affect
your monthly fare in order to maintain the service, nevertheless, we will put in our best
effort to ensure there always a long waiting list.
6. What is my commitment to the bus?
The riders make advance payment, wait for the bus before the pickup time.
7. What happens if I'm sick or oversleep?
The buspool operates on a set schedule. If you are late or sick, the bus will leave without you.
8. What happens when I go on vacation?
Bus-pool riders reserve their seat by paying a monthly fare; there are no daily fares available.
9. What happen if the bus did not turn up?
Commuter calls the hand phone number of the driver to confirm if the bus will come in within
the next 10 minutes. If not, or no respond for some reasons, commuter may take public
transport in a group of 4 and the reimbursement will be done the next day by the driver.
10. How do I get started?
Just visit Here, register your name in the existing route.
11. There is no existing Route that suit me.
Please go to New Route Proposing and propose a new route but need to full fill the below condition :
- Number of friend or people (must be more than 8) you know are interested to commute
to work with the route you wish to propose, provide their name and contact in your mail.
- We will put up the route in our Website to pool more people.
12. Termination.
Both rider and service provider are allowed to terminate the service by giving one month notice.
